Suggested Use

Topical Use:

For use on the skin, dilute 1-2 drops Chakra 2 Oil Blend with 7-10 drops (approximately 1/6 of a teaspoon) Chakra Carrier Oil and apply directly to chakra area such as lower abdomen, palm of hands and other pulse points to bring a feeling of uplifting energy and promote stability to mind and body.

You can also mix 1-2 drops of Chakra 2 Oil Blend into your favorite lotions, creams and body wash.

Aromatherapy Diffuser:

Use 10-15 drops of Chakra 2 Oil Blend in a water-based diffuser.

Breathe in the aroma while visualizing a vibrant orange light shining out from your lower abdomen.

15-20 drops Chakra 2 Oil Blend
1/4 cup Witch Hazel

Mix chakra oil with the witch hazel in a spray bottle and shake to combine. Mist in your room and enjoy the aroma.

The second chakra is connected to the element of water, so bathing is a great way to bring sacral balance.

Sacral Balancing Bath Recipe

Mix 15-20 drops Chakra 2 Oil Blend in 1 oz. (2 tablespoons) carrier oil, like our Chakra Carrier Oil
1/2 Cup Dead Sea Salts
Extra: Add fresh orange slices to enhance the good chakra 2 vibes

Swirl the essential oil blend into your warm - not hot - bathwater, add in the Dead Sea Salts, and optional orange slices, light a candle and relax for 15-20 minutes.
