Double Cleansing Technique: How to Use Algae Deep Cleanse for Double Cleansing

Algae Deep Cleanse is also effective as the “Second Stage” product in double cleansing. It’s a great complement to our other cleansers, hand crafted, specifically for your skin type.

Step 1: Apply and massage a small amount of a cleansing oil or face wash that is formulated for your skin type.

Step 2: Rinse with warm water and a soft cloth.

Step 4: Use quick, circular movements and work into a gentle lather.

Step 6: Let Algae Deep Cleanse sit on the skin on for a few minutes (like a mini-mask treatment).

Step 7: Rinse with water, avoiding getting cleanser in the eyes. Gently pat dry with a towel and finish with your normal serums and facial moisturizers.

DIY Algae Deep Cleanse Hair & Scalp Mask

Algae Deep Cleanse makes for a great scalp mask to remove flaky, dead skin and improve the appearance of scalp issues such as dandruff.

Step 1: Mix 1 tablespoon of Algae Deep Cleanse with 1 tablespoon of water.

Step 2: Massage it into your scalp and wrap your head in a shower cap, plastic bag or wrap.

Step 3: Cover your head with a towel warmed in the dryer.

Step 4: Relax for 20 minutes

Step 5: Rinse well—do NOT shampoo until the next morning.
