Carriers and Time for Delivery
Source Vitál uses actual FedEx, USPS and UPS shipping rates and operates Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm central time zone (9am - 6pm eastern). You can expect your order to ship same day if placed before 2pm or it will ship the following business day (unless a holiday is involved). Depending on your location, if shipping to within the United States, USPS, FedEx and UPS will deliver your order 1-5 working days after the day of shipment.
NOTE: Enter a street address only, as we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Free shipping promotions are only valid to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.
If a shipment is damaged upon arrival, you may refuse it and the carrier will send it back to us, or you may accept it, having the carrier representative make a note of the damage at that time. Notify us immediately. If product is damaged when shipment is opened, leave everything as is in the box(es), including product and packaging. Call Source Vitál immediately. We will order a carrier claims representative to examine the shipment. Failure to follow this procedure will void your carrier insurance and may result in product not being replaced.
Return & Refund Policy for Online and Retail Orders
We strive for perfection with our products, however, if you are not satisfied with our products, we allow for returns within the first 14 days after receiving your order. The only exceptions are personalized and customized products, such as Custom Facial Serums.
Shipping Us Your Returned Items
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1291 N. Post Oak Rd, Suite 125, Houston, TX 77055. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

We strive to eliminate backorders, however, it does occasionally happen. When the backordered item(s) become available, we will notify you and ship immediately. Shipping is complimentary for backordered Source Vitál products. If you do not wish backordered items to be filled, please notify us immediately after receiving your order to cancel the backordered item(s).
