What are subscriptions?

Subscriptions are our auto renewal delivery service, so you never have to run out of your favorite Source Vitál or Sir Vitál Products. Beyond convenience, when you sign up for auto delivery you can save 10% on each recurring orders. 

To get started all you have to do is start shopping online at https://www.sourcevital.com, select eligible products and select "Subscribe and Save" when adding the products to your cart.

Nearly all Source Vitál and Sir Vitál products are available for auto-renewing deliveries. 

What is the benefit of subscribing?

For starters, you never have to go without your favorite products – just set it and forget it, and you’ll get 10% off each delivery of your products automatically!

With the subscription service, you also get to choose how often you want to receive your products, from monthly orders up to every 6 months. You will also be able to pause, edit and cancel your subscription any time after your first two orders.

Additionally, subscription orders over $25 will receive free shipping.

What can I buy with a subscription?

Most Source Vitál and Sir Vitál products are available for our auto delivery subscription service.

At this time kits are not set up for subscriptions, and non-Source Vitál branded products are also excluded.

How to sign up for subscriptions?

To sign up for subscriptions, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Shop online at https://www.sourcevital.com.

Step 2:  You can sign up to subscribe to products from each of the product pages.

To get started, first select the correct size and quantity from the options at the top of the product page.

Step 3: Next, select the “Subscribe and Save” option for products you want to set up for auto-renewal. 

Note: only select “One-time purchase” if you only want to make a single purchase and do NOT want to purchase a product on an ongoing basis.

Step 4: Once you click the “Subscribe & Save” option, a dropdown menu will appear allowing you to choose how often you would like to receive your product. 

Your options are to receive products once every month, once every three months, four months, and then every 6 months.

Step 5: Click the "Add to cart" button

Continue to shop for other products or go to your shopping cart and checkout like normal.

Step 6: Once you are done shopping and ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping cart by selecting the cart icon on the top right of the main navigation bar. 

Once you are in the cart page and have reviewed your order, click the "Check out" button.

Step 7: When checking out be sure to enter your email address. This email will be linked to your subscription and will allow you to manage* your subscription such as making changes to payment information, updating shipping address, changing delivery frequency or cancelling your subscription. 

If you have already set up an account at Sourcevital.com use the email associated with that account to get easy access to your “Manage Subscription” page.

Step 8: Continue to add in your contact information and shipping address in the form provided. Click the “continue” button when finished.

Step 9: Review your information and order summary and select a shipping method.

Step 10: Enter your billing and payment information.

Step 11: Check the box if you would like to receive our newsletter and special offers, then click to accept our Terms and Conditions. 

Step 12: Complete your purchase by clicking the "Place my order" button, and enjoy your product(s) once they arrive!

How do I manage my subscriptions?

If you created an account when signing up...

Once you have an account created and you are logged in, click on the avatar icon (it looks like the outline of a person) in the top right corner on the home screen to access My Account.

There, you will be able to view your order history and account details. Below "Account details" located on the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription".

“Manage Subscriptions” is where you will go to view and make any changes to your auto-renewing subscription such as view an upcoming order, adjust product quantities and delivery frequency.

You will also be able to skip or cancel an order as well as view and update your credit card, address, and shipping information under the "Manage" drop-down menu found on the right side of the page.

Note: if you do not have an active subscription this section will be blank.

If you did not set up an account while creating your subscription...

You can also manage your subscriptions without needing a password by visiting sourcevital.com/mysubscriptions. Just enter the email you used when signing up for the subscription and you will receive a direct link to manage them via your email.

How to update my payment/ change my credit card

To update your payment and change your credit card information, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". Under the "Manage" drop-down menu, select view/update card.

Or, follow the instructions above to get access to your subscriptions without using a password.

How to update my address and shipping information

To update your address, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". Under the "Manage" drop-down menu, select "Update Address".

To update your shipping information, select "Update Shipping Method".

How to view upcoming orders

To view upcoming orders, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". Under the "Manage" drop-down menu, select "Upcoming Orders".

How to view/change the frequency of my delivery

To view/change the frequency of your delivery, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". 

You will see a list of all active subscriptions. To change he frequency of your auto delivery, look under the frequency tab and select by clicking the frequency of the product you wish to change. A dropdown menu will pop up allowing you to adjust how often you get your subscription.

How to skip a delivery

To skip a delivery, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". You will see a list of all active subscriptions. 

Click on the order number next to the products you wish to skip and simply click the "Skip Order" button.

How to cancel my subscription

After your first two orders you can cancel a subscription at any time.

To cancel a subscription, go to “My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription”.

Under the "Manage" drop-down menu, select cancel.

What payment methods can I use for subscriptions? 

For subscriptions, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. 

How will I know when to expect my subscription products to be delivered?

To view when your products will be delivered, access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

Below "Account details" located to the right side of the page, select "Manage Subscription". Under the "Manage" drop-down, select "Upcoming Orders".

Can I add extra products to my subscription?

Yes, if you have products that you would like to receive together, you can do so by syncing the frequency of the products, which is located in "My account" under "Manage Subscription". 

You can access "My account" by clicking on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
