- For sleeplessness, put a few drops in a warm (not hot) bath just before bed.
Diffuse in a diffuser or vaporizer to create a relaxing, calming, soothing atmosphere.
Put a few drops in an unscented skin care cream or oil and apply to sunburned or irritated skin for a feeling of cooling and soothing.

Information for AromatherapistsChamomile Mixta is a middle note. It blends well with Rose, Marjoram, Geranium, Lavender, Lavandin, Vtiver, Cedarwood, Cypress, Benzoin, Grapefruit, Neroli, other Chamomiles. You may use up to 5% of this oil in a blend.
