Birch Sweet essential oil is a very familiar aroma and popular ingredient in massage products because of its balsamic, warm aroma and its impact on oily skin.

Aromatically, Birch is a popular oil due to its mood strengthening and emotional support qualities.

• Add 15 drops to 2oz of an unscented body lotion or carrier oil (such as Safflower, Sunflower or Jojoba) and massage into sore muscles.
• To improve appearance of oily skin, include a few drops to unscented skin care products.
• Add a few drops to an unscented bath/shower gel for a refreshing bath.
• Can be used in saunas. Use 1-2 drops to refresh stale air.
• Put 1-2 drops on a cotton ball and place in gym bag or smelly shoes to change the "aroma".
