To invigorate and wake you up, give this recipe a try:

  • 2 drops orange
  • 2 drops peppermint

For muscle soreness, create this aromatic body massage oil:

  • 2 drops lavender
  • 2 drops rosemary
  • Massage oil simple

For colds and flu symptoms, diffuse the following essential oils:

  • 2 drops eucalyptus
  • 2 drops lavender
  • 2 drops peppermint
  • 2 drops tea tree
