Fennel Sweet gets its name from the Latin word for hay. Thought to encourage stamina, this aromatic oil was historically used to enhance strength and courage in warriors.

Uses of Fennel Sweet Essential Oil

Ease feelings of menstrual discomfort by combining a few drops Fennel and Rose oils in a carrier oil (such as Safflower, Sunflower or Jojoba) and massaging on the stomach and bottom of the feet.
Add a few drops to an unscented skin care product to enhance the appearance of dull skin and promote clarity. Especially useful in mature or aging skin.
Upset stomach? Try diffusing Fennel Sweet oil in a diffuser or adding a few drops to a carrier oil (such as Safflower, Sunflower or Jojoba) and massage on the abdomen.
Add to water diffuser or vaporizer to encourage positive thinking and balance mood swings.
