Cornmint is known to chase away feelings of inferiority and help a person be more open. Often confused with Peppermint, Cornmint tends to be less sweet than Peppermint, but warm and pleasant.

Not a well-known oil, you may want to take some time to get to know Cornmint. Diffuse to uplift mood, blend into bath oil, or drop into your detergent.

Cornmint is used in Eastern and Chinese medicine and is also known as field mint or wild mint. Cornmint, with its high concentration of menthol, is often grown and harvested for the production of menthol.

This oil is pale yellow to greenish in color and thin in consistency.

Cornmint essential oil is a top note and blends well with Basil, Benzoin, Black Pepper, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Naiouli, Orange, Pine, Ravensara, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Vanilla, other mint oils and citrus oils. Do not use in large concentrations.
