We accept current health care licenses
and certifications. Our customers
range from Day Spas, Destination and Resort
Spas, Wellness Centers, Hair Salons and
individual licensed professionals, such as
estheticians, massage therapists, chiropractors
and naturopathic doctors. If you are in a state that does not require
licenses, proof that you are in a related
business or proof of your education may be
accepted. Any current salon or spa license is
accepted. If you are a student, proof that you
are currently enrolled in a related school is
acceptable.
The minimum opening order is
$500. Each subsequent order minimum is $100.

If you order
Source Vital product, we normally ship same day
or next working day. Depending on your location, UPS
will deliver the product from 1-5 days after the
day of shipment, excluding weekends or holidays.
Your invoice will be emailed to you when your
order ships. If you
are a
qualified professional purchasing products at
a discounted level, your shipping rates
will be calculated based on total weight and
destination of the
package. If a shipment is damaged, please
refuse the shipment or have the shipping agent
make a note of damage on all paper work.

ordering equipment or equipment accessories, it
may be shipped directly from a manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, it
may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Any damages in shipment must be
reported within 72 hours to the freight carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated after the order is
packed depending on weight and destination. Freight estimates
can be given upon request; they are subject to
change and customer will be billed for actual
shipping amount. If a shipment is damaged,
refuse the shipment or have the shipping agent
make a note of damage on all paperwork.

product to be restocked after leaving our
facility. This is for your protection, as well
