We accept any
current state health care license. Our customers
range from MDs, nurses, massage therapists,
estheticians, cosmetologists, chiropractors and
more. If you are in a state that does not require
licenses, proof that you are in a related
business or proof of your education may be
accepted. Any current salon or spa license is
accepted. If you are a student, proof that you
are currently enrolled in a related school is
acceptable.

If you order
Source Vital product, we normally ship same day
or next day. Depending on your location, UPS
will deliver the product from 1-5 days after the
day of shipment, excluding weekends or holidays.
Please request shipping information when you
order and we will call or email you with that
information as we receive it. Shipping rates for
online orders are based on order total. If you
are a
qualified professional purchasing products at
discounted levels, your shipping rates
will be calculated based on total weight of the
package.*
If you are
ordering equipment or equipment accessories, it
may be shipping direct from a manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, it
may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Any damages in shipment must be
reported within 72 hours to the freight carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated after the order is
packed depending on weight. An exact amount
cannot be given until the entire package has
been assembled and weighted. Freight estimates
can be given upon request; they are subject to
change and customer will be billed for actual
shipping amount.

product to be restocked after leaving our
