• All classes are to be paid for in full and in advance

• There will be no registrations accepted "at-the-door".

• After payment is received, the class workbook may be picked up at the showroom or may be emailed or mailed.

• Class location will be furnished at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule a class, the following guidelines apply:

If the student cancels 7 days or more prior to the start of the date of the class, 100% of the amount paid may be transferred to another class, subject to a $10.00 transfer fee. If a refund is requested, the amount paid will be refunded, less the $25.00 administrative fee.

If the student cancels less than 7 days prior to the start date of the class, the amount paid is non-refundable. The class can be rescheduled and the class fee transferred to another date, with a $10.00 transfer fee. If no notice of cancellation is given and the student fails to attend the class, the amount paid is forfeited.

There is a $10.00 class transfer fee to transfer from one class to another. Class fees are not transferable to another customer. Transferred class fees must be used for another class within six months from the date of the class to which the deposit originally applied or the class fee is forfeited.
