Essential oils
of wintergreen, eucalyptus, rosemary,
birch, juniper and thyme are blended to help
diminish the pain associated with stress and
strain of the joints and muscles. The most

poor posture, overweight, and excessive
exercise. Muscle spasm, arthritis, swelling,
fatigue, pulsing pain — if you’ve suffered,
then you’ve tried various methods and
treatments. Bathing in water infused with
these aromatic oils delivers relief to your
tense, aching muscles and stiff, swollen
joints. The penetrating properties of these
oils increase absorption of oxygen into red
blood cells. May be applied directly to
affected areas and especially useful during
sports massage. Five drops applied to front
lung area and five drops to rear lung area
acts as a mucolytic for lower respiratory
conditions. However, take care to avoid
facial contact, as these oils are too
volatile for prolonged contact with the
