Add 3 heaping tablespoons to a warm bath (93
to 97 degrees F). Add appropriate Source
Vital bath oil.
Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Continue
to add warm water to maintain desired
temperature. Do not rinse or towel dry,
allow nutrients to be absorbed. Wrap
yourself in a warm robe or blanket for a
minimum of 30-45 minutes.
