Suggested Use:

Add 2-3 heaping tablespoons to a warm bath (93˚-97˚ F). Add appropriate Source Vitál Bath Oil. Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. Continue to add warm water to maintain desired temperature. Allow nutrients to be absorbed fully by not rinsing or towel drying after bath. To take full advantage of this bath's effectiveness, wrap yourself in a warm robe or blanket for a minimum of 30-45 minutes after bathing.
