laryngitis, sore throat, colds, fevers, chickenpox,
overwhelm, fatigue, coughs, parasites, hypoglycemia,
vulnerary.
Holistic uses: In Chinese Medicine, metal
element. Sharpens perception. Stimulates the 6th and
7th chakras.
Contraindications:
Non-toxic, non-irritant, possible sensitization in
some individuals. Toxic when taken internally.
Blending:
Top note. Blends well with other myrtaceae family.
Chemical Components:
Citronellal (80-95%), citronellol (15-20%), geraniol,
pinene.
Characteristics: Colorless to pale yellow color.
Strong, fresh, citronella-like, sweet balsamic undertone.
Extraction: Steam distillation from leaves and twigs.
