Indications:
Abscess, boils, sensitive

menopause, colitis, colic, teething or toothache, anemia,
digestive problems, spleen congestion, depression.
Holistic uses:
In Chinese medicine, yin
energy, wood element. Helps release emotions linked to the
past, dispels anger. When used on the throat area, helps
expression of true feelings. Good for grief and emotional
shock. >Appeasing
for tantrums.
Contraindications:
Not to be used by
individuals with allergies to Ragweed family.
Blending:
Middle note. Blends well
with bergamot, clary sage, geranium, jasmine, labdanum,
neroli, rose, geranium, lavender, other chamomiles.
Chemical Components:
Approximately 85% esters of
angelic and tiglic acids with pinene, farnesol, nerolidol,
chamazulene, pinacarvone, cineol. Lower concentrations of
azulenes than German Chamomile.
Characteristics:
Refreshing, aromatic, light,
crisp, like paint and turpentine. Yellow color.
Extraction:
Steam distillation of
flowers. |
